Continuous Rectangular Type Wall
Construction by "MPD-TMX","BMX","EMX" or "SMX" Method is applied.
- Applicable to most ground formation due to less noise and vibration during construction works
- No impact is given to the adjacent ground due to high strength and supperior water tightness of diaphragm wall
- Can be used as permanent perimeter wall because of high bearing capacity
- Available equipment line-up covering 650-3200 mm wall thisckness and 150m depth capacity
Continuous Column Type Wall
Construction by "TMW" Method is applied.
- Side wall cutter of "TMW" Method can form a continuous rectangular wall
- Enabling wall thickness upto 900 mm and depth upto 60 m
- Can apply for earth retaining wall construction with shallow levelingwork
- Can complete faster and reduce the cost compared with a continuous rectangular walling

MPD-TMX Method

Features
Diaphragm wall with continuous wall
Can construct a continuous rectangular section wall by placing reinforced concrete.
Space saving for working with the use of a compact diaphragm wall trencher
Compact base machine MPD-45 (Multi-Pile Driver-45 with 0.45 m3 bucket capacity) allows to work at restricted space., but can excavate wall length upto 2400-3200 mm and wall thickness upto 600-1000 mm.
Full section cutting by unique cutting mechanism
Can ensure efficient excavation by eliminating uncut section.

SMX Method

Employment of hydro-transmission system does not have power loss between ground surface and the trencher with the depth more than 100 m.
Choice of mounting on crawler crane or low head gantry
Three models of crawler crane mounted type to meet wall length, wall thickness and excavation depth are provided and one model of low head gantry mounted type is provided.
Adoption of ELECTRO-MILL drill system
Combined mechanism of drum cutter and ring cutter eliminates uncut section and reverse inlet located at ring cutter enables prompt removal of cuttings after excavation.

TMW Method
Utilization of diaphragm wall machine with high working and mixing efficiency to enable to form even flat wall surface.
Features
Diaphragm wall by continuous column soil-mixing wall
Actualizes a continuous column wall with rectangular section by in-situ mixing the soil and cement with multi-augers.
Flat wall surface
Side wall cutter can complete the wall with flat side face by removing uncut section while excavating with auger heads.
High mixing efficiency
Combination of auger head with screw and mixing blade and effect of compressed air distributed through center drill stem ensures homogeneous mixing.
Increase of mixing productivity
Longer interval of auger shafts increases productivity of wall forming.
Stability of neighboring ground formation
Since the wall is formed without disturbing ground formation, environmental effect to the neighbor is minimal.
