Due to the situation of current dependence on imports of natural resources relying on energy demand structure of our country and excessive competition for international securement of resources, the expectation for initiating the development and efficient utilization of natural resources is enhanced. Drilling technology is widely utilized based on geological and geophysical aspects for the development of hot spring in our country possessing a lot of active volcanos, groundwater for drinking and agricutural purposes mainly in overseas countries, underground resources such as mineral resources, e.g. iron ore and coal. Furthermore, a sophistication of drilling technology is highly expected for initiating a mechanism for developing marine resources such as cobalt-enriched crust-deposit, manganese nodule, methane hydrate deposit, etc. We provide the equipment which can be safely and efficiently operated in drilling investigation for mineral exploration.

TL-2000 drill is a large size spindle type drilling machine being designed and manufactured based on the requirement from our customers. This machine is equipped with hydraulic slide base as standard and is a large size machine with high performance. This drill is utilized not only for developing hot spring, but also for mineral exploration. Nominal drilling capacity of this drill for drilling hot srping well is approx. 500 meters.

RESORT-21 drill is a ultra deep hole drilling machine for Hot Spring Development and HLL-Standard, HLL-Special drills are ultra deep hole drilling machine too for geothermal exploration. These drills are drive head type drills and are selected from the requirement of hoisting capacity, rotation speed and rotating torque. RESORT-21 drill is utilized for Hot Spring Development with depth requirement of around 1000 meters. Meanwhile, HLL-Standard and HLL-Special are utilized for the same purpose with around 2000 meters depth.

TBM-88LH and TBM-88LH-150 drills are medium size low head and drive head type drilling machines being designed and manufactured based on the requirement from our customers. Since the height of drilling machine during operation is only 1760 mm, safety and efficient drilling operation under low headroom and under road is secured. These drills are utilized not only for drilling water well, but also for drilling hot spring well, monitoring well, cast-in-place pile, etc. Most technical features between TBM-88LH and TBM-88LH-150 drills are identical and it is selectable for spindle diameter of 93 mm or 150 mm.

LFM-400, LFM-700 and LFM-1500 are large size electrically driven top drive drills being manufactured based on the requirement from our customers. Compared with hydraulic system, power loss is less and 3 m length hole drilling can be carried out in single continuous operation by DTH hammer method in combination with high rotating torque and long feed stroke. These three models have nominal drilling capacity of 200 m, 400 m and 600 m respectively and are utilized not only for Groundwater Development, but also for steel pipe piling and preventive work for land slide.
