We are the only manufacturer of rotary multi-horizontal cutter diaphragm wall trencher in Japan.
① Spread foundation
In case better bearing layer supporting the structures exists at shallow depth, the weight of structure is directly transmitetd to bearing layer through mat foundation or footing foundation.
② Pile foundation
In case better bearing layer supporting the structures exists at deeper depth, the weight of structure is transmitted to deeply located bearing layer through cast-in-place pile by excavating up to bearing layer or penetrating prestressed concrete pile.
③ Caisson base
The weight of structures is transmitted to bearing layer through box shaped reinforced concrete or steel hollow structure which is installed at specified bearing layer by excavating or sinking it.
④ Diaphragm wall foundation
RC (reinforced concrete) diaphragm wall constructed in the underground with the trencher is just used as foundation body of the structure. It is possible to form simple straight wall, rectangular or polygonal shaped closed-crosssection wall.
