Medium capacity drill (TBM-88)　Spindle

TBM-88 drill is a large size spindle type drilling machine being designed and manufactured based on the requirement from our customer. This drill is equipped with hydraulic slide base as standard and is a medium size high performance drill regarding the operability as important under various working conditions.This drill is utilized not only for a Scientific Investigation such as monitoring well, but also for drilling hot spring well, water well, mineral exploration, cast-in-place pile, etc. Nominal drilling capacity of this drill for drilling monitoring well is with approx. 500 meters.

Medium capacity drill (TBM-88LH)　Low head drive head

TBM-88LH and TBM-88LH-150 drills are medium size low head and drive head type drilling machines being designed and manufactured based on the requirement from our customers. Since the height of drilling machine during operation is only 1760 mm, safety and efficient drilling operation under low headroom and under road is secured. These drills are utilized not only for a scientific ivnestigation such as monitoring well, but also for drilling hot spring well, water well, mineral exploration, cast-in-place pile, etc. Most technical features between TBM-88LH and TBM-88LH-150 drills are identical and it is selectable for spindle diameter of 93 mm or 150 mm.

Large capacity drill (TSL)　Universal

TSL-HD drill has been developed as ultra deep hole drilling machine for the geothermal exploration and production wells. This drill is a universal type drill equipped with both of drive head and rotary table. By moving drive head, both of wireline core drilling and non-core drilling are carried out by one machine. This drill is utilized too for drilling hot spring well with the depth requirement of 1000 meters.

Large capacity drill (TOP)　Horizontal drilling

TOP-LS21, TOP-MM and TOP-SS drills are specially designed for horizontal drilling and enable horizontal drilling in fractured formation. The function of drill has dual tube system to rotate outer casing and inner rod simultaneously. Drilling proceeds as inner bit drills inside outer casing and outer bit drills around outer casing by protecting inner rod from the jamming or formation collapse for smooth penetration of inner rod. Model is selectable meeting the depth to be drilled, depending on rotation torque, feed force, balance force, etc.
